Requirements

  • Matriculated student in computer science, business informatics, AI, or related field
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365
  • Fundamental knowledge of AI concepts and digital transformation
  • Basic programming or scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or Power Fx)
  • Initial practical experience in development (automations and agents) advantageous
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Structured way of working and service orientation
  • Good communication skills in English
  • German language skills are a plus

Tasks

  • Support development and customization of Microsoft 365 solutions
  • Assist in building automation and AI-driven solutions using Power Platform
  • Create technical documentation and user guides
  • Develop training materials
  • Assist with testing and deployment of solutions
  • Support continuous improvement of solutions
  • Integrate AI services with Copilot Studio
  • Support automation solutions with Power Automate
  • Research emerging trends in AI, M365, and digital workplace technologies

Education

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degree
