Requirements

  • Pursuing degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
  • Mandatory comfortable usage of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud or Celonis
  • Comfortable usage of Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Interest in digitalization, automation, analytics, process improvement
  • Reliability, enjoyment of organizing information, structured work
  • Proactive communication, enjoyment of collaborative environment, eagerness to learn new topics
  • Fluent English
  • German or other languages a plus

Tasks

  • Create and maintain onboarding materials
  • Develop and update internal documentation
  • Structure and document internal processes
  • Structure and document improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate team communication and knowledge-sharing
  • Identify and document automation use cases
  • Identify and document analytics use cases
  • Implement small-scale automation solutions like Power Automate flows
  • Collect and prepare data for dashboards
  • Collect and prepare data for reports
  • Participate in project meetings
  • Contribute to solution design
  • Contribute to solution testing
  • Participate in brainstorming for digital workflows and automation
  • Explore new tools and technologies for quick wins

  • Currently in higher education
