Requirements

  • •Initiative, perseverance, and curiosity
  • •Current University or equivalent College Bachelor student
  • •Study fields: Business Administration, Management, Sales, Marketing, Data/Process Management, IT/Digital Transformation
  • •Proficiency in English and German
  • •Preferably Digital (Remote) Experience in Social Selling and/or Customer Centric Selling
  • •Creative and competitive personality
  • •Working from Walldorf office required once a week

Education

Currently in higher education
OR
High school diploma
OR
Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Execute targeted outbound campaigns via phone, chat, and email
  • •Identify and qualify potential leads
  • •Re-engage with discontinued, disqualified, or aged leads
  • •Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on lead-generation activities
  • •Ensure effective territory coverage and campaign follow-up
  • •Manage and qualify leads using SAP’s global standards
  • •Hand over qualified opportunities to Sales and Partners
  • •Review lead progression and provide feedback for campaign improvement
  • •Work with partners to drive demand generation in Partner Led Territories
  • •Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in demand generation and communication
