  • •Knowledge of transistor technologies, system-level design, and RF circuit simulation
  • •Practical experience with advanced circuit simulation software
  • •Solid understanding of RF design

Tasks

  • •Design and optimize frequency upconverters in 22-nm FDSOI CMOS technology for D-band applications
  • •Analyze and optimize circuit components using Cadence Virtuoso
  • •Perform electromagnetic simulations of circuit layouts with Ansys HFSS or PathWave ADS
  • •Create detailed layouts for fabrication, ensuring manufacturability and compliance
  • •Conduct design-rule checking (DRC) and layout vs. schematic (LVS) validation
