Requirements

  • •Student of business administration, IT security, law, or related discipline
  • •Valuable experience in project leadership, business processes analysis, and optimization
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoints, Word)
  • •Foundational understanding of data privacy and strong desire to learn about compliance areas
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills
  • •Analytical thinking and quick grasp of new information
  • •Capability for independent work and managing multiple tasks
  • •Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages (especially German) are a plus

Currently in higher education

Tasks

  • •Review and optimize privacy and compliance processes
  • •Manage data subject requests
  • •Oversee monthly reporting of Key Performance Indicators
  • •Support strategic initiatives and ISO audits, including ISO27701
  • •Ensure comprehensive documentation for accountability
  • •Monitor and research applicable laws and regulations
  • •Recommend actions based on legal research
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders in Legal & Trust and externally
