Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Master's in Sociology, International Relations, Political Science, or equivalent
  • Good or excellent Excel knowledge
  • Familiarity with SPSS or other statistical software (asset)
  • Strong interest in data-based research
  • Proven track record in data-based research (asset)
  • Excellent written and oral English communication
  • Other languages (plus)
  • Interest in public opinion and European foreign policy
  • Interest in EU affairs or international relations
  • MS-Office and IT skills
  • Use of Excel
  • Familiarity with SPSS or other statistical software (asset)
  • Flexibility and multitasking ability
  • Adaptability to changing conditions and deadlines
  • Ability to work individually
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and multi-national team
  • Develop effective relationships across organisation
  • Can-do attitude

Tasks

  • Analyse data from opinion polls and expert surveys
  • Extract key results from data collections
  • Produce graphs and data visualisation tools
  • Prepare briefings for ECFR colleagues
  • Present findings in meetings and workshops
  • Participate in public events and other fora
  • Support data research and analysis
  • Contribute to central debates and issues
  • Perform additional tasks as requested
  • Align with broader ECFR organisational priorities

Education

  • Currently in higher education

  • English – Business Fluent
