  • Interest in data foundations for analytics, automation, AI
  • Structured, reliable, detail-oriented working style
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills, stakeholder interaction confidence
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Proficient in Office software (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Basic understanding of database concepts, SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, SAC)
  • First exposure to data catalogs, metadata management, data quality
  • Initial experience in analytics, reporting, data projects
  • Interest in governance, operating models, data for business decisions

Tasks

  • Support Data Governance Lead in meeting preparation
  • Run and follow up on Data Governance Board meetings
  • Prepare meeting materials and document outcomes
  • Coordinate follow-ups for governance decisions
  • Act as first point of contact for Data Experts
  • Support setup of data governance structures
  • Assist with data catalog and metadata initiatives
  • Conduct data cleansing and database updates
  • Contribute to data management procedures
  • Monitor and report on data quality issues
  • Identify data improvement opportunities
  • Develop governance and data documentation
  • Create training materials
  • Drive adoption of governance practices
  • Enhance transparency and structure in data activities

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
