• •Basic understanding of data entry and management
• •Proficiency with Excel including sorting, filtering, and formulas
• •Strong written communication and issue description skills
• •Ability to work independently and meet timelines
• •Willingness to learn Flexera

Tasks

• •Maintain IT asset and software information in Flexera
• •Follow naming conventions and data standards
• •Perform routine validation checks for duplicates and errors
• •Flag data inconsistencies to ensure dataset completeness
• •Support data clean-up and standardization activities
• •Correct entries to improve overall data hygiene
• •Generate basic reports and data exports using Excel
• •Provide structured information to internal stakeholders
• •Record recurring issues and data anomalies
• •Escalate discrepancies proactively for timely resolution
• •Adhere to internal security and confidentiality requirements
• •Handle sensitive information according to company guidelines
