- Resolve helpdesk tickets
- Fix data-related bugs
- Perform low-to-medium data engineering with GenAI
- Execute low-to-medium platform work with GenAI
- Identify and implement end-to-end automation using GenAI
- Support team rituals
- Assist with team planning
- Manage stakeholders
- Organize workload and communicate priorities and challenges
- Maintain clear, accessible documentation and playbooks
- Translate technical concepts into business insights
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment
- Manage data product lifecycle end-to-end
- Combine product thinking with engineering execution
- Leverage AI for product acceleration
