Tasks

  • Support Customer Success Managers in daily activities
  • Provide operational and administrative assistance
  • Prepare and maintain customer-related materials
  • Document internal processes and initiatives
  • Coordinate and handle incoming customer requests
  • Assist with creating and updating customer presentations
  • Maintain internal documentation
  • Track and visualize customer adoption and usage metrics
  • Prepare and follow up on customer meetings
  • Organize internal reviews and presentations
  • Structure information for effective knowledge sharing
  • Take on defined support tasks for specific customers
  • Support CSM activities after onboarding
