Requirements

  • Enrollment for at least another year
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and logical thinking skills
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets and Excel; SAP R3/APO experience is an advantage
  • Good understanding of the entire supply chain process
  • Effective communication across different departments
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and make appropriate decisions
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; German knowledge is an advantage

Tasks

  • Tagesgeschäft im Customer Service & Logistics Team unterstützen
  • Projektbezogene und ad hoc Aufgaben übernehmen
  • Produktportfolio-Management unterstützen
  • Produktadaptionen bei neuen Produkteinführungen unterstützen
  • Tägliche Lagerbestandsberichte vorbereiten
  • Lagerbestandsabweichungen prüfen und analysieren
  • Abweichungen zwischen SAP und Lagerverwaltungssystem abgleichen
  • Retourenberichte verwalten und prüfen
  • Preislisten für neue Produkte verwalten und prüfen
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für interne Abteilungen sein
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für externe Partner sein
  • Logistikprozesse verbessern
  • Kommunikation bei Portfolioübergängen sicherstellen
  • Demand Planning Team bei Ziel-KPIs unterstützen
  • Implementierung von Projekten unterstützen
  • Unterstützung bei der Bedarfs- und Lieferplanung
  • Teamübergreifende Koordination mit Partner:innen

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Fluent
  • German – Basic
