Requirements
- Currently enrolled (min. 2nd year) in Business Administration, Management, Service Design, Marketing, or related field
- Passion for structure and simplifying processes
- Comfortable with qualitative and quantitative data, high customer empathy
- Confident user of digital collaboration and ideation tools (Miro, Mural, or Lucidchart)
- Enjoyment of documentation and organizing information into visual maps
- Fluent in English and confidence to communicate in international environment
- Foodie with genuine affinity for gastronomy and hospitality market
- English (UK) language
Tasks
- Assist in creating and maintaining customer journey maps
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative data for journey mapping
- Identify key 'moments of truth' in customer journeys
- Support Design Thinking methodologies
- Use tools like Miro or Lucidchart for virtual ideation
- Facilitate collaborative workshops
- Prototype services
- Visualize future customer journeys
- Support mapping and documentation of business processes
- Ensure standardized processes across METRO
- Create a consistent global framework for corporate units
- Update the process library
- Define and clarify process standards
