Requirements

  • Studies in computer science, IT, or related field
  • Knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Understanding of Windows and Linux administration
  • Basic software development skills
  • Good English skills; German is a plus

Tasks

  • Support exciting IT projects
  • Implement innovative IT solutions
  • Collaborate with employees across all departments
  • Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Register new users for Business IT applications
  • Compose and publish company IT newsletters
  • Provide IT support for BMW Group and BMW Car IT
  • Manage IT assets and maintain accurate records
