In this role, you will actively contribute to corporate accounting projects, streamline processes, and manage data. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve supporting project planning, optimizing workflows, and facilitating communication across departments.

Requirements

• •Solid knowledge of financial accounting and IFRS basics
• •Ability to structure project plans and track milestones
• •Openness to change and continuous process improvement
• •Understanding of building and maintaining basic databases
• •Advanced Excel skills including pivots and formulas
• •Clear and concise writing skills
• •Fluency in German and advanced English

Tasks

• •Assist in project planning and structuring
• •Create templates for project plans
• •Track milestones and timelines for projects
• •Prepare status reports for stakeholders
• •Coordinate project meetings and document minutes
• •Understand and document processes in a structured way
• •Identify automation opportunities for repetitive tasks
• •Propose digital solutions with the Innovation Task Force
• •Develop templates for reports and presentations
• •Build and maintain a central project repository
• •Support KPI monitoring and analysis
• •Act as a communication interface between departments
• •Provide hands-on help during workload peaks
• •Organize meetings and follow up on action items
