Requirements

  • Enrolled at German university (Bachelor's/Master's)
  • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Engineering, Sociology, or related field
  • Coding survey questionnaires
  • Programmatic thinking (abstract/codify logic tree)
  • Basic fluency with statistical tools (e.g. JMP)
  • Willingness to use AI for automation
  • Fluency in English (C1 equivalent)
  • Fluency in German (C1 equivalent)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Self-leadership
  • Accountability and execution excellence
  • Structured way of working
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Living within commuting distance to Schwalbach/Kronberg
  • Physically present in office at least 3 days/week

Tasks

  • Set up survey questionnaires in Excel/Word
  • Codify question logic trees
  • Test coded questionnaires for panelists
  • Contribute to automation of master questionnaires
  • Answer panelist questions via email
  • Respect and appreciate panelists
  • Foster positive engagement with panelists
  • Analyze recurring questions
  • Codify FAQs and Q&As
  • Support automation with templates
  • Download and clean data
  • Combine and analyze data using statistical software
  • Identify system improvements
  • Execute work-process improvements
  • Train on panel administration
  • Document and simplify processes

Education

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degree

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Business Fluent
