  • •Excellent command of English and German (written and spoken)

Tasks

  • •Assist the Anti Financial Crime Manager
  • •Conduct online database research for customer profile processing
  • •Interact with Sales employees via phone and email
  • •Scan documents and upload them into the CRM database
  • •Update the CRM database and conduct customer reviews
  • •Support the PEP Monitoring process
