- Maintain and improve recurring dashboards and reports for commercial and financial KPIs
- Monitor key metrics and flag anomalies
- Support production of monthly reports and ad-hoc analyses
- Use BI tools to structure and visualise data clearly
- Identify inefficiencies in manual workflows
- Contribute ideas to automate or streamline processes
- Support documentation and standardisation of operational processes and templates
- Evaluate and implement AI tools to improve team efficiency
- Collaborate with different teams on pricing and analytics topics
- Assist with CRM data quality and HubSpot-related reporting tasks
- Prepare structured summaries and presentations for internal stakeholders
