Tasks
- Support VP Commercial and sales team
- Prepare offers and order confirmations
- Track and maintain deal pipeline
- Organize customer meetings
- Schedule customer meetings
- Create meeting agendas
- Follow up with meeting documentation
- Keep CRM data accurate
- Support pipeline reporting
- Create pitch decks
- Refine customer presentations
- Develop sales materials
- Coordinate commercial handovers
- Collaborate with Marketing
- Work with Operations
- Engage with Finance
