Requirements

  • •Student at a university or university of applied sciences
  • •Preferred fields of study: product management, project management, or communications/media
  • •Fluency in English; knowledge of German and other languages is a plus
  • •PMO skills, expertise in communications, or video editing skills
  • •Self-organization and teamwork skills
  • •Output-oriented work style and attention to high-quality outcomes
  • •Basic knowledge of SAP Cloud ERP products and technology is a plus
  • •Working from Walldorf office required 2x per week

Currently in higher education

Tasks

  • •Drive central enablement activities
  • •Create blog posts and demo videos
  • •Produce release highlights and micro learnings
  • •Organize and execute live webinar sessions
  • •Support the planning of onsite events like Customer Councils
  • •Analyze knowledge gaps and develop appropriate content
  • •Engage with customers through the SAP Community
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders in field services and partner organizations
  • •Assist in automating team efforts
