Description

In this role, you will actively support the organization's change management efforts by collaborating with stakeholders, creating essential resources, and participating in projects that drive positive transformation across teams.

Requirements

• •Enrollment in a relevant degree program in social sciences, work and organizational psychology, human resources, business studies, or a related field
• •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English required; German is a plus)
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new digital tools
• •Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• •Proactive, curious mindset and passion for people, transformation, and making a difference
