Tasks
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain HR systems and documentation
- Coordinate payroll preparation and management
- Handle employee operational requests
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners
- Manage access to tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, etc.)
- Keep internal documentation organized and updated
- Ensure tasks and follow-ups are completed
- Support All Hands and internal meetings
- Track and follow up on key initiatives (e.g., OKRs)
- Handle ad hoc operational tasks

- Currently in higher education
