Requirements

  • Studies in Communications, Marketing, Media, or comparable
  • Experience in corporate communications or change management
  • Practical experience in content creation using Synthesia
  • Familiarity with documentation and knowledge management systems
  • Sound knowledge of graphic design and PowerPoint
  • Experience in documentation and workshop design
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Communication talent with hands-on mentality
  • Affinity for AI and proactive thinking
  • Structured approach and personal responsibility
  • Affinity for AI tools and digital technologies
  • Fluent German and very good English
  • Enrollment at a university
  • Valid work and residence permit if indicated

  • Design and maintain internal communication channels
  • Manage community engagement and newsletters
  • Craft captivating posts for target audiences
  • Create and edit forward-looking content
  • Produce video content using AI tools
  • Maintain and update the central knowledge database
  • Create high-quality documents for executive leadership
  • Design graphics to simplify complex information
  • Organize and moderate interactive workshops and webinars
