Requirements
- Enrolled student in business administration, communication, event or media management, business informatics, or comparable field
- Strong interest in event organization, communication, and teamwork
- Structured, reliable working style and strong organizational skills
- Excellent German (C1 or higher) and English skills, written and spoken
- Confident use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- First experience with image and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Camtasia, Clipchamp, or similar)
- Hands-on mindset, openness, and enjoyment in working collaboratively
- Knowledge of HR or software sales is a plus
- Availability to work from Walldorf office at least once per week

- Manage event locations and external service providers
- Communicate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare event materials like agendas and presentations
- Assist with on-site event management
- Support attendee check-in and agenda coordination
- Provide general organizational support for various events
- Create videos and LinkedIn posts
