Requirements

  • University degree program enrollment in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, Graphic Design, or related fields
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Strong analytical skills with analytics and statistical modeling experience
  • Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Illustrator)
  • Strong organizational skills for planning, prioritizing, and managing work
  • Team player attitude with passion for creating impact
  • Working from the office required
  • Cover letter, resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of academic degrees, references from former employers (including internships)
  • Description of experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages

Tasks

  • Support establishing SAP Labs Munich data strategy
  • Ensure data governance and quality
  • Perform analytics and statistical modeling
  • Contribute to SAP Labs Munich KPI Framework
  • Visualize trends and patterns
  • Create designs for internal communication channels
  • Design newsletters, screens, and SharePoint content
  • Create event designs using graphic programs
  • Coordinate employee initiatives for office culture
  • Plan flagship event formats
  • Generate ideas for flagship events
  • Provide onsite support during events
  • Participate in rolling out strategic learning programs
  • Support professional development for employees

Education

  • High school diploma
