Tasks
- Conduct 2-3 week use case mapping exercise
- Interview colleagues
- Observe workflows
- Identify high-potential AI opportunities
- Build AI-assisted workflows using Claude and orchestration tools
- Target at least one deployed workflow within first 6 weeks
- Present progress, failures, and learnings at bi-weekly showcases
- Document successful workflows for colleague use
- Act as department's first point of contact for AI tool questions
- Advocate for department's needs from shared data and connector layer
- Collaborate with Data & Connectors and IT & Security working students
- Access approved data sources
- Stay within security boundaries

- Currently in higher education
