Requirements

  • Degree in communications, business, organizational psychology, information management, or related field
  • Interest in people, communication, and organizational workings
  • Comfortable using AI tools or excited to learn
  • Strong written communication in English
  • German language skills advantageous
  • Organization, reliability, and coordination skills
  • Proactiveness and ability to drive tasks forward
  • Relevant internships or student project experience in communications, HR, or project coordination are a plus

Tasks

  • Support strategic people initiatives
  • Drive community building efforts
  • Enable AI adoption across teams
  • Facilitate internal and external communications
  • Coordinate PP&S location leads engagement
  • Plan LT onsite cadence
  • Track PP&S Growth Tandems program matches
  • Schedule and maintain program momentum
  • Report on cross-I2O participation initiatives
  • Keep LT informed of engagement levels
  • Coordinate logistics for AI Foundations rollout
  • Track AI Foundations participation
  • Support AI Bootcamp planning and follow-up
  • Organize PP&S Agentic AI hands-on sessions
  • Schedule and coordinate session logistics
  • Produce 'How We Win' newsletter
  • Gather input for newsletter content
  • Draft and publish newsletter on cadence
  • Support goal alignment communications
  • Translate Winning Plan priorities into messaging
  • Maintain communications calendar
  • Manage content pipeline for Executive Office
  • Coordinate PP&S Sounding Board meetings
  • Prepare attendees for Sounding Board
  • Capture outcomes from Sounding Board
  • Track prioritized feedback items
  • Follow up on feedback to closure
  • Support Quarterly AEM transparency updates
  • Aggregate inputs for AEM updates
  • Prepare summary communications for AEM

  • Currently in higher education
