Requirements

  • •Passion for Workday and people systems
  • •Ability to translate functional requirements into practical system configurations

  • •Fluency in English and clear communication skills
  • •Experience with other HRIS systems

  • •Support and enhance the Workday ecosystem
  • •Configure and improve system processes
  • •Manage reporting needs
  • •Provide user support for people systems
  • •Design, configure, test, and deploy changes in Workday modules
  • •Contribute to data quality and process optimization projects
  • •Serve as the first point of contact for system-related requests
  • •Provide support for SmartRecruiters and Officevibe
  • •Create and maintain custom reports
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders on reporting needs
  • •Estimate and prioritize configuration changes in an agile environment
  • •Work closely with the Core Identity & People Systems team
  • •Stay updated on Workday releases and recommend improvements
