- Promote Village in service awards and enter competitions
- Assist in overseeing Village promoters' operations and planning
- Ensure Concierge Services comply with legal Trading Standards, Health & Safety, and security standards
- Help establish and communicate critical Hospitality and Service measures
- Collaborate with Retail and Marketing teams to plan key trading events and peak periods
- Coordinate plans for major tourism and retail events like Easter, Christmas, Chinese New Year, and Eid
Education
- Bachelor's degree
