- Windows-based tools administration (Exchange, Intune)
- Software package support and creation
- Endpoint security
- Third-level Windows support
- Team-player mentality
- Ability to engage with internal and external partners and customers
- Good English communication skills
Tasks
- Maintain and support Windows Server systems
- Support Active Directory, Intune, and endpoint security
- Ensure infrastructure availability and performance
- Adhere to agreed service levels and price points
- Design infrastructure roadmaps for maintenance
- Influence application designs through roadmaps
- Participate in multidisciplinary technical projects
