- Fehleranalyse und -behebung (3rd Level Support) durchführen
- Cloud-Infrastruktur betreiben
- M365- und Azure-Plattform betreuen
- Gruppenweites Active Directory betreuen und Security im Blick behalten
- Wissen zu Automatisierung, Identity Management, Security, Authentifizierung und Mobility einbringen
