Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Lead German onshore wind projects from prospecting to operation
  • •Identify and assess suitable wind farm locations
  • •Originate new business and partnership opportunities
  • •Negotiate land lease agreements with landowners
  • •Secure grid access with TSOs and DSOs
  • •Oversee technical and environmental permitting studies
  • •Identify and mitigate project risks
  • •Lead community outreach and stakeholder engagement
  • •Manage co-development agreements with partners
  • •Maintain relationships with regional and national authorities
  • •Represent the company in permitting and public consultations
  • •Coordinate internal teams and external consultants
  • •Monitor German market trends and competitor activity
  • •Identify potential acquisition targets for the project pipeline
  • •Prepare project budgets and business cases
  • •Monitor financial performance and investment decisions
  • •Represent the company in industry forums and associations
