Requirements

  • •Negotiate land lease agreements with landowners
  • •Secure grid access with TSOs and DSOs
  • •Coordinate technical and environmental studies
  • •Manage permitting processes and stakeholder engagement
  • •Identify and mitigate project risks
  • •Lead community outreach to build support
  • •Manage partner co-development agreements
  • •Maintain relationships with regional authorities
  • •Represent the company in public consultations
  • •Supervise internal teams and external consultants
  • •Monitor German wind market and competitors
  • •Identify potential partnerships and acquisition targets
  • •Prepare project budgets and business cases
  • •Represent the company at industry forums
