Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and German; French is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge in aircraft definition, design, manufacturing, sales & marketing, configuration, procurement, and controlling
  • Good understanding in project management and digitalization
  • Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

Tasks

  • Act as the interface for the Widebody Programme Organization
  • Define business requirements for digital solutions in planning
  • Specify requirements using the SMART methodology
  • Ensure implementation of solutions in the Cross-Programme Customization Planning Toolset
  • Coordinate with the local development team weekly
  • Test solutions and make necessary adaptations
  • Lead regular review meetings between A330/A350 and A320 family Planning Teams
