Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • •Fluency in English and German; French is a plus
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • •Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
  • •Knowledge in aircraft definition, design, manufacturing, sales & marketing, configuration, procurement, and controlling
  • •Good understanding in project management and digitalization
  • •Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

Bachelor's degree

Master's degree

Work Experience

approx. 1 - 4 years

Tasks

  • •Act as the interface for the Widebody Programme Organization
  • •Define business requirements for digital solutions in planning
  • •Specify requirements using the SMART methodology
  • •Ensure implementation of solutions in the Cross-Programme Customization Planning Toolset
  • •Coordinate with the local development team weekly
  • •Test solutions and make necessary adaptations
  • •Lead regular review meetings between A330/A350 and A320 family Planning Teams
