- Store sample parts from production or incoming goods to the measurement lab
- Digitize collection cards and manually enter quality or operations data
- Provide documentation for external inspections
- Regularly update, track, and report Q-KPIs
- Regularly report customer scorecards
- Submit scrapping requests for parts in the quarantine warehouse
- Track and report current supplier complaints in the QPF system
- Track and report current customer complaints in the MML system
