Requirements

  • Grundkenntnisse in EU-MDR und ISO-Normen (9001, 13485) von Vorteil
  • Verfügbarkeit für mindestens ein Jahr und Vor-Ort-Präsenz

Tasks

  • Korrektur- und Rückrufmaßnahmen im Post Market Surveillance unterstützen
  • Field Safety Notifications an Kund:innen versenden
  • Kundenrückmeldungen verwalten und nachverfolgen
  • Quality Work Orders im Philips-Tool bearbeiten und verwalten
  • Kund:innen aktiv informieren
  • Rückmeldungen bearbeiten
  • Abläufe rund um Produktkorrekturen unterstützen
