- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Basic understanding of financial principles
- Interest in manufacturing or operations
- Strong curiosity, learning mindset, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel
- Interest in Operations Finance or Manufacturing Finance career
- Ability to work in structured, fast-paced plant environments
- Professional English and good German skills
Tasks
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Excel-based operational reports
- Track and monitor cost centers to ensure data accuracy
- Analyze and summarize drivers for plan or forecast variances
- Collect, validate, and consolidate data for financial reviews
- Support standard cost reviews and update documentation
- Monitor manufacturing cost streams like labor and scrap
- Participate in plant operational meetings to understand business drivers
- Track and analyze data for cost-saving initiatives
- Assist with month-end close data preparation and reconciliations
- Perform internal control documentation and supervised checks
- Maintain organized financial files and supporting documentation
- Support ad-hoc finance and operational projects
- Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities
- Learn how finance partners with manufacturing and operations
Education
- Currently in higher education
Languages
