  • •Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • •Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)

Tasks

  • •Create process descriptions, checklists, and training materials for logistics processes
  • •Maintain databases related to transport contracts, packaging, ERP system parameters, and service providers
  • •Conduct simulations and analyses, including make-or-buy studies
  • •Perform inventory control and master data maintenance tasks
  • •Assist in standardization initiatives and optimization of logistics processes
  • •Contribute to Power BI visualizations for various databases
  • •Support inventory audits in MS Works across Germany
  • •Monitor key performance indicators
  • •Generate reports and presentations for the team and management
