Tasks

  • Support global and cross-division headcount actual and outlook processes
  • Assist in annual global and cross-division headcount budget planning
  • Execute HR analytics standard reporting requirements
  • Create ad-hoc analyses
  • Support global personnel requisition process
  • Assist with global personnel data quality checks
  • Interact and communicate with HR analytics stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Business) as needed
  • Handle partial tasks within HR analytics special projects

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
  • Bachelor's degree

  • English – Native
