You will play a vital role in the IT operations team by resolving technical requests and managing hardware assets, ensuring the company's digital infrastructure remains modern and efficient.

Requirements

  • Studium Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
  • Grundkenntnisse in Betriebssystemen, Netzwerken und IT-Anwendungen
  • Erste Erfahrung mit Windows- und/oder Linux-Systemen
  • Analytisches Denken und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Struktur und Selbstständigkeit
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse und vorteilhafte Deutschkenntnisse

Tasks

  • Handle support requests via tickets, email, and in person
  • Set up and maintain PCs, laptops, and peripherals
  • Manage IT assets including hardware, software, and licenses
  • Create and update detailed network documentation
  • Assist with upgrading company systems to Windows 11
