Requirements

  • Studium in BWL, Kommunikations-/Medienwissenschaften, Change Management, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Interesse an Change-Management, Kommunikation und Projektthemen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Erste Erfahrung mit Kollaborationstools (MS Teams, SharePoint) von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

Tasks

  • Bei Change-Management- und OKR-Initiativen unterstützen
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen übernehmen
  • Interne Unterlagen, Newsletter und Wiki-Inhalte erstellen, pflegen und weiterentwickeln
  • Workshops, Austauschformate und Team-Meetings vorbereiten, organisieren und dokumentieren
  • Bei Projektkoordination, Terminplanung und Status-Tracking mitarbeiten
  • Bei der Strukturierung und Aufbereitung von Informationen und Inhalten unterstützen
  • Präsentationen, Übersichten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für interne Zwecke erstellen
  • Das Team im Projektgeschäft sowie bei administrativen Aufgaben unterstützen
  • Eng mit verschiedenen Teams und Schnittstellen innerhalb der Organisation zusammenarbeiten
