Requirements

  • Student in relevantem Studiengang (BWL, Management, IT-Bezug)
  • Grundverständnis von Service Management Prozessen
  • Starke Kommunikations-/Teamfähigkeiten, Interaktion/Moderation
  • Hohe Lernmotivation, Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Wachstumsorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Anwesenheit am Standort Walldorf/St. Leon-Rot (2-3 Tage/Woche)

Tasks

  • Services externer Partner mit internen Teams gestalten und verbessern
  • Präsentationsvorlagen und Inhalte pflegen und weiterentwickeln
  • Business Review Meetings: Planung, Vorbereitung, Nachbereitung unterstützen
  • Maßnahmen erfassen, strukturieren und deren Umsetzung nachverfolgen

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
