Tasks

  • •Optimize the flow of goods in the warehouse
  • •Create and coordinate wave plans for picking, packing, and shipping
  • •Ensure smooth warehouse operations as a competent coordinator
  • •Collaborate closely with customers, operational teams, and MHE providers
  • •Prioritize orders and plan truck schedules
  • •Control and maintain high warehouse utilization
  • •Provide 1st-level support for the shop floor
  • •Optimize and develop warehouse processes, including IT systems
  • •Act as an interface between administration and the warehouse
  • •Plan and monitor order processing for timely execution
  • •Serve as a key user for the WCS and WMS systems
  • •Create reports, analyses, and key performance indicators
  • •Communicate timely with customers and partners across Europe
  • •Develop and implement departure plans for seasonal and holiday periods
  • •Utilize abstract thinking to solve challenges
