Description

You will ensure smooth warehouse operations by accurately preparing orders, managing stock via FIFO, and maintaining safety standards while coordinating with the team to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• •High school degree
• •Good verbal and written communication skills
• •1 year experience in similar environment
• •Ability to work under limited supervision
• •Proficiency in MS Office, PRISM, SAP, or ERP
• •Ability to operate a forklift
• •Knowledge of inventory control procedures
• •Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs
• •Ability to lift up to 25 kg
• •Bending and lifting skills

Tasks

• •Follow all work instructions and safety rules
• •Transfer products internally using FIFO methodology
• •Collect raw material samples for laboratory analysis
• •Store items and rotate stock appropriately
• •Notify supervisors of non-conforming products
• •Load and unload trucks and containers
• •Assist with freight management under supervision
• •Inspect vehicle conditions to prevent product damage
• •Prepare and package customer orders accurately
• •Maintain and organize all warehouse paperwork
• •Sign and date order preparation documents
• •Perform daily inventory counts
• •Clean work areas and dispose of containers
• •Maintain equipment and report any defects
• •Coordinate with coworkers and other departments
• •Complete daily forklift safety checklists
• •Execute additional duties requested by supervisors
