Description

As a Warehouse Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of test devices for clinical trials. Your daily tasks will involve managing inventory, coordinating material flow, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements

• •Minimum high school diploma, college qualification, or equivalent apprenticeship
• •0 to 3 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or industrial administration
• •MS Office and ERP expertise
• •Basic German and advanced English knowledge
• •Experience in a fast-paced environment
• •Dependability and flexibility to work additional hours
• •Professional approach with attention to detail and deadlines
• •Good time management and task prioritization
• •Excellent organizational and communication skills
• •Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• •Strong presence to interact with leadership and stakeholders

Tasks

• •Process receipts of inventory materials and supplies
• •Label inventory items for identification, including serialization and barcoding
• •Transport materials between the receiving area, warehouse, and production areas
• •Perform inventory counts in the ERP system
• •Receive, unpack, and enter data during the receiving process
• •Coordinate material flow between internal and external warehouses
• •Pick and commission work orders
• •Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse
