- •Apprenticeship as Specialist for Warehouse Logistics or equivalent
- •5+ years experience in receiving, inventory, or logistics
- •Experience in facility coordination or site management
- •Proficiency in ERP/IMS software and basic IT
- •Valid forklift license and equipment experience
- •Attention to detail and professional presentation
- •Ability to guide vendors and communicate clearly
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Ability to lift 23 kg and stand

- •Report delivery issues to supervisors
- •Create and update ERP system items
- •Manage supplier data in the IMS
- •Label and sort materials efficiently

- •Perform routine cycle counts
- •Lead scheduled inventory audits
- •Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- •Manage raw material and tool stock
- •Ensure optimal availability of spare parts
- •Optimize warehouse layout for space and safety
- •Maintain guest-ready warehouse and common areas
- •Manage cleaning crew checklists and standards
- •Organize and label the entire facility
- •Oversee waste disposal and recycling processes
- •Pick, pack, and label outgoing items
- •Conduct quality assurance checks on products
- •Manage product rework activities when necessary
- •Coordinate with shipping service providers
- •Prepare all necessary shipping documentation
