- Maintain constant customer contact
- Serve as the point of contact for order status
- Serve as the point of contact for order actions
- Participate in medium-term personnel planning
- Participate in long-term personnel planning
- Provide written customer support (B2B)
- Provide telephone customer support (B2B)
