  • Very good proficiency in German (at least C1)
  • Successfully completed university degree
  • Pedagogical skills (experience in teaching, training, or further training)
  • Special ability for academic work (qualified doctorate)
  • Special achievements in application/development of scientific findings and methods
  • At least five years of relevant professional practice
  • At least three years of professional practice outside the university sector

  • Teach business psychology courses
  • Focus on health-promoting work design
  • Teach change management
  • Instruct core psychology areas
  • Cover General Psychology topics
  • Teach Developmental and Educational Psychology
  • Deliver Research Ethics and Academic Writing courses
  • Offer Communication Psychology classes
  • Teach additional courses in Bachelor’s and Master’s programs
  • Conduct courses in German and English
  • Participate in academic self-governance
  • Collaborate within the department team
  • Conduct applied research and transfer projects
