- Extensive supply chain, operations, and logistics experience
- Academic degree or professional training in operations, supply chain management, or related business
- Process management based on KPIs and hands-on approach
- Superior analytical skills and business acumen
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to motivate, empower, and lead a team
- Leverageable, broad network in operations/supply chain industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Speaking Italian is a plus
Tasks
- Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations
- Oversee sourcing and production
- Place purchase orders
- Manage inbound logistics
- Oversee fulfillment operations for B2B and B2C channels
- Provide strategic oversight of 3PL partner
- Manage technical implementations
- Shape and execute supply chain strategy
- Lead a collaborative, high-performing team
- Manage strategic and operational supply chain processes
- Allocate suppliers
- Drive supplier selection and onboarding
- Negotiate costs and improve margins with suppliers
- Maintain supplier quality and compliance standards
- Streamline production calendars, lead times, and MOQs
- Evaluate supplier performance
- Foster long-term supplier partnerships
- Own supply and material forecasts
- Optimize capacity planning and lead times
- Steer 3PL and logistics partners
- Ensure performance and cost efficiency of partners
- Ensure on-time delivery for wholesale and D2C
- Protect gross margin through freight and sourcing decisions
- Lead the B2B Outbound Team
- Manage wholesale orders
- Handle post-delivery clarifications and claims
- Lead D2C Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service for Aeyde clients
- Manage claims requests
- Streamline processes with Product and QC
- Own and optimize supply chain systems (ERP, PM, BOM)
- Drive implementation of process documentation and SOPs
- Establish scalable processes and reporting structures
- Improve cross-functional alignment
- Own sustainability-related topics
- Define Aeyde's sustainability strategy
Work Experience
- 7 - 10 years
Education
- Vocational certificationOR
- Bachelor's degree
Languages
- English – Business Fluent
- Italian – Basic
