- •4+ years of RevOps leadership experience
- •Proven track record of building and scaling RevOps functions
- •Deep experience with GTM strategy, revenue analytics, forecasting, and business planning
- •Clear communicator and influencer
- •Exceptional analytical skills
- •Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- •Valid working permit in Germany

Tasks
- •Own and lead the end-to-end RevOps strategy
- •Drive cross-functional alignment for the GTM strategy
- •Act as a strategic thought partner to the CRO
- •Shape data-led decisions for scalable growth
- •Inspire and develop the RevOps team members
- •Optimize and analyze key revenue metrics
- •Prepare reports for investor updates and board meetings
- •Manage sales planning, including quota-setting and territory management
- •Design compensation across all revenue functions
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize revenue structure
- •Deliver ongoing and ad hoc reporting on metrics
- •Provide trend analysis and actionable insights
- •Drive forecasting rigor and enhance revenue predictability
