  • •English C1/C2 with strong communication skills
  • •Construction Industry Background
  • •Experience in AI-first product organisations
  • •Experience guiding product teams through growth
  • •Exposure to data-heavy platform environments
  • •German and additional European languages

Tasks

  • •Translate product strategy into actionable initiatives
  • •Provide leadership to direct reports and the Product organization
  • •Collaborate with the CPO on strategic priorities
  • •Shape an AI-first product culture and workflows
  • •Ensure multi-market readiness and excellent UX
  • •Align strategy with quarterly objectives and product decisions
  • •Partner with the VP Engineering for execution quality
  • •Communicate product progress and strategic updates company-wide
  • •Enable insight-driven decision-making across squads
  • •Manage staffing and capacity planning for the Product team
  • •Build cross-functional partnerships to align product goals
  • •Champion continuous improvement in innovation and delivery
